Employment Inventory (EI) - the Job Readiness Assessment.  EI assesses generic work behaviors to identify people most likely to become productive and successful employees -- and those who need help.  EI uses 4 assessment scales.

Employment Inventory also comes in Spanish with full audio in both English & Spanish. The user may toggle back and forth between languages.
