OASYS 2.3 and OASYS JobMatch 2.3:   In addition to the features released with OASYS JobMatch 1.2, the following enhancements come with version 2.3 (those marked with ** are also incorporated into OccuBrowse+):

**O*NET Version 4.0 Update and Selected Descriptors Added
OASYS now crosswalks to O*Net Version 4.0, which replaced O*NET 3.0 recently. OASYS also includes selected O*NET descriptors, descriptor ratings and a printed report. The descriptors included are those that were documented by AIR as particularly pertinent to Social Security determinations. We will await customer input as to whether we should add other O*NET descriptors in the future.

**Worker Trait Search in Browse - A worker trait search has been added to OASYS that is different from the Potential search. This search enable the user to list occupations by selectint specific worker traits in virtually any combination. This enhancement is intended to make answering hypotheticals easier and faster.

Web Links - You may now access web sites of you choice from within the software. Web links can be grouped under different folder names that you maintain. Web links can be initiated from the software.

Nine Level Search Matrix - The TSA search now displays a matrix of nine cells showing the number of occupations examined and selected in each combination of Work Fields and MPSMSs. The Pre-Post results are also displayed.

**Skill and Ability Statements Added - Skill and Ability statements have been added to the GOE drill-down for copy and paste purposes. The statements are extracted from the 1993 Selected Characteristics of Occupations.

E-Mail Address Fields - E-Mail address fields have been added to the appropriate screen locations throughout the software.

Date Stamps on Comments - A date stamp capability has been added to all comment boxes. Now you can automatically enter the date each item in a comment box was posted.

Internet Web Crawler Open Job Search - Link from any job title to Open Job searches within desired geography by Indeed.com, Simply Hired, EmployOn (priced option) and America's Job Bank. Over 4 million job orders are cataloged nationally at any given time.

**User Manual (Documentation) - The User Manual is loaded into a folder entitled "doc" which is located within the VERTEK Program folder (winoasys) for access by the user without having to use the CD.
