NEW! CareerScope
Version 8, the popular software for self-administered assessment
of career interests and aptitudes, now includes:
* Career Cluster/Pathway Reports: Three new reports
connect the evaluee's interest and aptitude profiles to the U.S.
Department of Education Career Cluster/Pathway system.
* O*NET 10/New SOC Taxonomy: CareerScope incorporates
the most up-to-date information from the Department of Labor's O*NET
career information database as well as the latest update to the
SOC taxonomy.
* Multi-user capabilities: When CareerScope is
installed in a networked configuration, you can now have evaluees
taking the Assessment and have administrators working in the Management
system simultaneously. You can also have multiple administrators
using the Management system at the same time.
* Interest Inventory Save: While evaluees are
working on the Interest Inventory, they can now save their results
at any point and exit the system. When they log back into the assessment,
CareerScope will start them at the first unanswered item.
* New installer: A new installation routine provides
more clear-cut options. For a relative novice, the new installer
and written directions provide more guidance for making installation
decisions. For a seasoned IT professional, there is additional flexibility
in how and where you install the pieces of the system.
