The core mission for Providers of Labor Exchange Services is to empower people to get into the right jobs as quickly as possible. These efforts make demanding use of a wide spectrum of tools. We design our offering to meet those demanding needs. Our array of products provides tools which address this mission in ways that nothing else can.

In an era of increased customer flow and limited resources, self-help services have become a key element of service delivery. Self-help services need to have the flexibility to accommodate surges in customer access, and must immediately support the career decision process.

The tools that figure prominently in this scenario perform critical functions:

    • provide easy to use information designed specifically for the customer
    • serve as tools to determine the support necessary for job seekers to make effective use of resources
    • allow the customer to take responsibility for developing his/her skills and career path
